Class Descriptions

Vinyasa is a dynamic sequence of poses that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. You will move through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, building strength and endurance as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility. 60 minutes.

Gentle Vinyasa is essentially what it sounds like—a gentler style of this practice. It is performed at a slower pace, with less intense poses, and includes time for meditation, breath work and relaxation. 60 minutes.

26 + 2
A sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this class is designed for all levels. The lineage of this set sequence originates from Bishnu Ghosh and works on the principles of maximum compression, extension, and relaxation in every pose to create optimal health. 60 minutes.

Yin yoga works the deepest tissues in our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the connective tissues: ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks, and the meridians. Yin yoga is the perfect complement to more vigorous Yang-based practices such as Vinyasa. Energetically, Yin yoga enhances the flow of chi in the organs. Yin is an excellent practice for both beginners and seasoned yogis. 60 minutes.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation known as yogic sleep. The practice draws our attention inward and teaches us to ride the wave between states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium.
As we enter into conscious relaxation, our senses, intellect, and mind relax.
45 minutes.

This class combines the benefits of Yin followed by the relaxation of Nidra. 60 minutes.

Through a combination of breath, guided meditation, and frequencies from the sounds of the bowls and instruments, sound meditation can create a shift in brain waves to bring you from your regular state into a state of relaxed, meditative, and healing consciousness. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and you may also bring a blanket and pillow. Once settled, all you need to do is close your eyes and experience the soundscape. 75–90 minutes.

Book Class Ahead of Time
Because this is a home studio, we ask that you book your class ahead of time. If we have no one booked for the class within 2 hours of the start time, we will cancel class. There are no drop ins.

Arrive 5-10 Minutes Early
Students arriving 10+ minutes late will not be allowed to enter as it is disruptive to class. Arriving early allows plenty of time to settle in, get centered, and prepare for practice.

Late Cancellation Policy
Make sure you cancel a minimum of 3 hours prior to class if you are unable to attend. Late cancels or no shows will be charged a $10 late fee to the card we have on file.
